The
Vehicle Platform and Propulsion
team is at the forefront of
chassis, battery and E-propulsion as well as steer and brake systems. Building the core services that power our autonomous fleet and developing the next generation of our sustainable vehicle technology
. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and high performance.

You Will

• Lead and Mentor: Manage and coach a team of hardware engineers, supporting their career growth and skill development.
• Strategy and Execution: Partner with Product Management and other stakeholders to define the technical roadmap, set clear objectives, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of projects.
• Technical Excellence: Drive best practices in hardware development, including design reviews, testing, monitoring, and operational excellence to maintain a scalable and robust platform.
• Hiring and Growth: Play a key role in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new engineering talent to expand the team's capabilities.
• Culture Building: Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and results-oriented environment where team members feel empowered to take ownership and innovate.

We Expect You To Have

• Experience: Solid background as a successful engineering manager or technical lead with experience managing a team.
• Technical Depth: Strong technical foundation in Embedded Systems and Mechanical Design, with the ability to dive into complex technical discussions and guide architectural decisions.
• Leadership: Proven track record of shipping complex projects and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
