Vår kund behöver förstärkning av en Team Coach inom deras leverans gällande "Special Purpose Environment". Som Team coach kommer man att coacha och stötta två team med blandade specialistkompetenser.
Hos "Special Purpose Environment" bygger de och förvaltar IT-miljöer för organisationens interna verksamheter som har höga krav på kontroll och säkerhet. Deras miljöer gör det möjligt för verksamheten att utveckla, producera och leverera produkter till slutkund på ett effektivt och hållbart sätt.
I rollen som Team coach är man ansvarig för arbetsflödet och tillämpningen av agilt arbetssätt och att vidareutveckla teamen. Tillsammans säkerställer ni utveckling och förvaltning av deras IT-miljöer på ett säkert och effektivt sätt där ni arbetar enligt DevOps principer.
Den du är:
De är i behov av en person som har en god förmåga att bemöta och samarbeta med olika typer av människor. Som är strukturerad och tycker om att hålla ordning och reda. Personen behöver vara kommunikativ och analytisk, kunna se saker i sitt sammanhang och är inte vara rädd för att komma med nya idéer. Personen behöver ha en bredare teknisk IT-kunskap för att snabbt komma in i, och vara delaktig i det arbete som teamet gör.
Du har följande erfarenheter och förmågor:
Flera års arbetslivserfarenhet i ledande roll som Team Coach och/eller Scrum master
Har goda IT-kunskaper och erfarenhet av agilt arbetssätt inom drift och förvaltning
Erfarenhet av DevOps och ITIL
God förmåga att uttrycka sig i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska.
Erfarenhet av att ha arbetat med ServiceNow och Jira.
Du behöver vara svensk medborgare.
Omfattning & Villkor:
Tjänsten är på heltid och det identifierade behovet idag är från början av januari 2026 fram till sommaren, men kan bli längre.
Kontoret är i Solna, Stockholm eller Linköping.
I denna roll kan tjänsteresor inom Sverige förekomma.
Innan start behöver du genomgå en säkerhetsprövning.
