We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

• 5-10 years of experience as agile coach, management consultant or similar.

• Excellent understanding of agile and preferably also of product management.

• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

• Excellent listening skills.

• Ability to coach both leaders and teams and give practical hands-on advice.

• Experience from leading workshops/kick-offs/trainings.

• Excellent documentation skills needed to be able to document processes and develop training material

• Team player with personal drive, who enjoys innovation and creating solutions.

• Ability to plan and lead work independently.
