We're looking for a skilled
Lead FP&A Analyst
to join our
Group FP&A
team in
Stockholm
.

What You'll Do

• Own the numbers: Support financial planning and analysis for our Group functions.
• Be a true business partner: Work directly with functional leaders to provide insights that shape decisions, build business cases, and optimise organisational performance.
• Turn data into decisions: Create dashboards, performance reports, and variance analyses. Track key KPIs such as FTEs, cost per hire, and turnover.
• Drive strategy forward: Build models and scenario analyses to support workforce planning.
• Champion continuous improvement: Help evolve our FP&A tools, processes, and data quality, making finance more transparent and impactful.
• Collaborate globally: Act as a trusted partner across regions and time zones, connecting finance with the business.

What You'll Bring

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar. Professional certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in FP&A & financial analysis.
• Exceptional analytical skills and strong Excel/financial modelling capability.
• Clear, confident communicator who can translate complexity into clarity.
• A collaborative mindset and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
