We are looking for an FP&A manager focused on OPEX reporting to lead our FP&A team which supports the majority of the company wide OPEX.

About the role

As our OPEX FP&A manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Executive Leadership team members and their respective leadership teams in terms of cost control and effectiveness. This managerial role leads a team of business controllers, each responsible for supporting a leadership team organization as a trusted finance partner, with a focus on cost control, reporting, budgeting and follow-up. The team is responsible for OPEX Control (monitoring personnel and non-personnel costs), conducting business plan reviews, creating, and refining budgets and forecasts, conducting insightful analysis, and creating and delivering KPI reporting.

As a team leader you are a key player in creating world class business partnering, driving improvement projects to refine and improve both our data and our ways of working and processes, and bringing guidance and support to the business controllers fronting the operational organization. You will be responsible for setting the framework in terms of financial follow-up, project follow-up, business case preparation and reporting. In this you will work closely with other finance functions across Sinch.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the OPEX Business controller team
• Consolidate and report on OPEX development, both to the organizations and to executive management
• Lead the work to improve processes, reporting and data by collaborating with other functions at Sinch
• Lead and drive cost optimization
• Support your area with in-depth analysis and sharing of financial knowledge with the aim of reaching financial targets
• Set framework for financial reporting and follow up
• Drive the forecast and budget process for Product & Technology
• Consolidate OPEX spend (personnel and non-personnel costs) from various ERP tools.
• Support the organization in transformational activities

The role reports to SINCH SVP Corporate Control and is based at SINCH HQ in Stockholm, Sweden.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as Business Controller / Finance Business Partner / FP&A Manager ideally from a global complex organization
• Leadership experience: Strong leadership skills with experience of building collaborative, high-performing teams while staying hands-on
• Technical skills: financial and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach. Ability to simplify complex data
• Excellent with Excel (As example Power query, Power pivots), PowerPoint
• Fluency in English
