ELA OMS Outage operations coordinator

About The Role
As a ELA OMS Outage Operations Coordinator you will support all the Platforms of ELA OMS with the preparation and execution of field services Outage work across ELA (EMEA, Latin America & Asia).

You will report to the ELA OMS Outage Operations Senior Manager and be located in Täby, Sweden.

Model of work: hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the ELA OMS OCC process
• Coordinate the OCC on-call duties calendar
• Distribute the weekly goals related to Outage work safety, quality and execution performance, host a weekly OCC call
• Ensuring critical issues are reported and addressed
• Lead continuous improvement projects in a methodic way, using project management best practices
• Priority projects will include:- resource planning and in-processing processes harmonization across ELA OMS, to facilitate resource cross-utilization- OCC process optimization and modernization

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment with many partners.
• You are familiar with nuclear power plant outages planning and in-processing activities.
• You have experience in Project Management and Change Management.
• You are a continuous improvement champion
• Languages: fluent business English required, French/Spanish recommended.
