We are now looking for a Head of Display & Social to join Sambla Group.

As Head of Display & Social, you will lead and develop Sambla Group's strategies and activities across display advertising, social media, digital PR, and content. You'll ensure that our team delivers high-quality campaigns, strong organic presence, and efficient programmatic efforts that drive growth, brand positioning, and conversion.

This role combines strategic leadership, deep channel expertise, and a data-driven mindset — continuously optimizing to maximize ROI across all paid and organic channels.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists within Programmatic, Social Media, and Digital PR/Content.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Performance Marketing, Brand, BI, and Product teams.
  
• Ensure clear goals, efficient processes, and structured workflows.
  
  

Strategy & Channel Ownership

• Own Sambla Group's Social Media strategy — both paid and organic.
  
• Drive and evolve display, native, and programmatic strategies across all markets.
  
• Define channel mix, audience segmentation, and messaging frameworks aligned with the customer journey.
  
• Identify new opportunities and test strategies for scalable growth.
  
  

Campaign Planning, Execution & Optimization

• Oversee the planning and execution of impactful campaigns across key SoMe channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and others).
  
• Supervise programmatic campaigns (e.g., DV360) ensuring cost-effective traffic and high-quality volumes.
  
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance and insights for continuous optimization.
  
  

Digital PR & Content Ownership

• Oversee digital PR initiatives, including brand mentions, backlink strategies, and press activities.
  
• Guide content creation — blogs, guides, videos, social posts, and campaign materials.
  
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital content.
  
  

Brand & Communication in Digital Channels

• Ensure Sambla Group is perceived as trustworthy, helpful, and modern across all digital touchpoints.
  
• Develop tone-of-voice guidelines and channel frameworks.
  
• Drive brand-building campaigns across both paid and organic channels.
  
  

Budget, Forecasting & Reporting

• Own the Social & Display budget, ensuring profitable resource allocation.
  
• Track KPIs and provide regular reporting to the Director of Acquisition Marketing.
  
• Drive cost-efficient growth through data-led decision making.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Social Media (paid & organic), Programmatic, and Digital Marketing.
  
• Proven track record of leading teams. 
• Experience from fintech, comparison platforms, or other data-driven organizations.
• Strong understanding of attribution, funnel strategy, segmentation, and performance optimization.
  
• Proficient in Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and DV360 (or similar platforms).
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
