Sale Out Support at BSH Northern Europe

At BSH Northern Europe we are launching a new sales program and need temporary, so we need you for a one‑year support for administrative tasks. You will be part of the Product Marketing team and will work closely with Product Managers, Sales Key Account Managers and admin support colleagues from planning, finance, accounting, and other departments. For this, you need to be very skilled in IT systems.
Your Tasks
- Support the Product Management and Sales Key Account team with analysis and administrative processes to implement and follow up on a new experimental commercialization.
- To combine information, to automatize processes,… For this in the right way, you need to have an interest and a skill in systems and learning new techniques.
- Prepare price lists and promotion calendars.
- Validate sell‑in and sell‑out figures.
- Check retailers' websites to understand how our products and our competitors' products are being displayed.
- Use a number of internal tools to prepare various periodic reports.
- Support PMs and KAMs with ad‑hoc tasks needed for their jobs.
Your Profile
- University education in business administration, marketing, or a similar field.
- Skilled in IT/Systems in general as an advanced user. Specifically, it'll be a plus to show skills on Excel (advanced level), MS Power BI and AI prompting.
- No work experience is required, but it is a plus.
- Fluent in business English. A Nordic language is a plus but not mandatory.
Your Job Conditions
- The job is based in Stockholm (Solna Business Park) and requires daily attendance in the office.
- One‑year temporary contract.
- Don't apply if you have no valid EU working permit or if you don't have your residence in Stockholm.
