Winningtemp
Winningtemp offers a unique and revolutionary platform for building successful workplaces. Our solution collects and visualizes real-time data on employees' experiences of leadership, purpose, teamwork, and overall work climate. We're on a mission to forever change how people succeed together.
At Winningtemp, we're an ambitious and passionate team working from Gothenburg, Stockholm, Oslo, and Ukraine. Our newly renovated headquarters in the heart of Gothenburg offers a great atmosphere and space for collaboration.
We care deeply about the well-being of our employees – and naturally, we use our own tool to ensure we're a truly great place to work.
About the role
We're looking for an Insights Analyst who's excited about helping us build the future of analytics at Winningtemp. You'll join our Advisory & Delivery team at a pivotal moment: we are expanding our insights capabilities, developing new frameworks, and establishing how we work with data going forward. This means the role is both hands-on and highly influential.
You don't need to be senior, what we're looking for is someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to create something new rather than step into a fully defined structure.
You'll work closely with our Chief Customer Officer to shape methodologies, choose tools, and design scalable analytical processes. At the same time, you'll run operational analysis work: preparing datasets, building reports, and crafting presentations that help our customers understand their employee experience data.
This is a rare opportunity to join as a key analyst, with room to grow as we scale.
Your responsibilities
• Help build Winningtemp's analytical framework — including metrics, interpretation models and best-practice guidelines
• Contribute to shaping our future analytics stack (we use Databricks today, but we're open to evolve)
• Perform quantitative analyses (trends, correlations, statistical testing) on customer and benchmark data
• Prepare structured datasets and ensure data quality for reporting and insights
• Create PPT/Slides materials that turn data into clear, compelling stories
• Support Advisors and Project Managers with insights for customer projects and workshops
• Develop reusable templates, methods and frameworks that scale as we grow
• Bring curiosity, experimentation and new thinking into our analytics workflows
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in analytics, research, insights, HR analytics or similar
• Basic understanding of survey methodology and statistics (significance testing, distributions, correlations)
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working in Excel/Sheets
• Interested in building processes, tools and frameworks — not just executing them
• Curious, proactive, unafraid to test and iterate
• Experience with SPSS, R, Python or Databricks is a plus, but not required
• Clear communicator who can turn data into simple narratives
• Motivated by growth, ownership and learning opportunities
What we can offer
• A unique chance to help build an analytics function from the ground up
• Direct collaboration with leadership and influence over methods, tools and processes
• Hybrid work setup
• Supportive colleagues who want to see you grow
• A meaningful product contributing to healthier workplaces
• Generous vacation, wellness allowance, pension & insurance
