Business Analyst

We are now looking for a Business Analyst to support our platform-driven transformations and help shape scalable solutions for our clients.

What you'll do

As a Business Analyst, you'll bridge business goals and technology realities. You'll turn insight into action — shaping business capabilities, improving processes, and enabling digital transformation that creates measurable impact.

  • Design and refine business capabilities that support transformation and real business value
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows and practical solutions
  • Map and improve processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation
  • Facilitate workshops to capture insights, align stakeholders and drive prioritisation
  • Collaborate on planning, backlog management and readiness activities
  • Support rollouts through user enablement, training and adoption initiatives
  • Use data and insights to track results, demonstrate value and identify improvements
  • Stay curious about new AI capabilities, emerging technologies and evolving regulations (GDPR, DORA, AI Act e.t.c.)

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within IT or digital transformation
  • Proven ability to turn business challenges into digital solutions that deliver value
  • Strong background in requirements management, process mapping and transformation delivery
  • Familiarity with AI-driven automation, analytics and data governance
  • Understanding of GDPR, DORA and the AI Act
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills — you build trust across business and IT teams
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, business or a related field
  • Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English
