About the role

As a Senior Accountant at Tink you will be the accounting expert in our accounting team. You will act as an Accounting Manager and handle more complex issues and participate actively in the monthly close process, ensuring that the team works towards agreed plans and deadlines. In addition you will be the main responsible to bridge Local GAAP (K3) with US GAAP.

You will be part of a growing finance function, reporting to the Head of Accounting & Financial Control. 

The role also includes:

  • Own and define accounting manuals and align accounting policies for the group.
  • Coordinate, review, and report on monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Build and implement standard processes to streamline and develop daily accounting activities.
  • Be involved in audits at group level and local level.
  • Drive and lead various ad-hoc finance projects.

Experience
  • A degree within Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
  • +5 years experience in accounting and/or audit.
  • Worked with reviewing processes and routines, ensuring quality.
  • Experience and practical knowledge in IFRS or US GAAP are highly meritorious.
  • Professional user of MS Excel and Office.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
