To take our journey to the next level, we are looking for a creative, curious and solution‑oriented junior marketing talent who wants to grow with us.

About the role

As Junior Marketing Executive, you will work closely with our CMO. This is a broad role where you will have the opportunity to learn many aspects of marketing – from planning and executing events to creating and publishing content for our social channels. You will help produce, distribute and evaluate marketing materials for press, print, events and digital platforms and collaborate with colleagues from other teams to ensure our activities reflect Gordon's brand and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute trade fairs, customer events and other activities – from concept to follow‑up.

  • Create, publish and monitor content on our social media and other digital channels.

  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials (copy, images, video and graphics) together with external suppliers and the internal team.

  • Support the preparation of press releases, newsletters and campaigns.

  • Assist in measuring and analysing the impact of our marketing initiatives.

  • Act as a bridge between teams and contribute to a unified and customer‑centric approach.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as orders, follow‑ups and documentation.

We are looking for someone with

  • Education in production management, marketing or a related field.

  • A strong interest in events and social media and a willingness to learn new tools.

  • Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • An ability to plan, organise and juggle multiple tasks at once.

  • Basic knowledge of digital design or publishing tools is a plus.

  • Experience producing content or coordinating projects during studies or internships is advantageous.

  • Experience collaborating with internal or external stakeholders, as you will work cross-functionally with among others sales, operations and customer success
