What We're Looking For...

We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Junior Social Media & Influencer Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for emerging trends and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced global environment and is eager to learn and grow within the influencer marketing space.

What You'll Do...

  • Influencer Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and engage with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who align with our clients' brand values and objectives.
  • Negotiation & Collaboration: Manage negotiations with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with campaign goals and budgets.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and influencers, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular updates to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms and influencer activities to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

What You Need to Bring

  • Experience: 1-3 yrs previous experience in social media management, influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Digital Savvy: Proficiency in social media platforms and an understanding of digital marketing trends.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated and initiative-driven, with a strong desire to contribute to team success. Brings a positive, can-do attitude to every task.
  • Language: Fluent in Swedish and English. Proficiency in other Nordic languages is a valuable asset.
