JOB DESCRIPTION 
EVENT PRODUCTION INTERNSHIP

We are currently seeking a Production Intern to join our Brand Experience team in Stockholm. This opportunity offers comprehensive experience in the field of communications, with a primary focus on brand experience and event production. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on knowledge alongside a talented creative team, learning everything from event concept development to production, activation, and daily administrative tasks. The Production Intern acts as our dynamo, coordinating various aspects of productions, which could range from a store opening, a pop-up, a launch party, or a metaverse experience. Or something entirely different.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

Coordinating specific production related parts of any brand experience project.

Supporting production roles in overall tasks concerning research, location scouting etc.

Supporting with presence when needed, in productions, post production and and other productions.

Assisting in various production tasks depending on type of project by being a helping hand (and brain).

Establishing, and sometimes managing, relations with partners and creative talent (e.g. photographers, post production companies, tech specialists, catering).

Assisting in the creation of production related material for our clients, i.e. our production briefs, presentations and follow-ups.

Taking part in the creative work in relevant parts of projects.

Supporting in strategic planning and creative work for productions, both digital and physical.

Supporting in production of physical assets such as graphic materials, video productions, and decor with internal team and external partners.

Supporting in planning of content creation surrounding events.

This is a full-time internship, based in our Stockholm office, 5 days a week during spring 2026. As an intern at Patriksson, candidates should be eligible to receive academic credit. Our internship programs typically span a duration of minimum 3 to 6 months, providing interns with a comprehensive and immersive experience in their chosen field.
