We are strengthening our organization and recruiting a Team Lead - Submission Management to join our Regulatory Affairs team at the headquarter in Lund.

We are looking for an experienced Submission Manager with capabilities to also take on Regulatory Affairs Manager tasks from time to time.

The role:

  • Be overall responsible for overseeing the submission management activities
  • Provide submission management strategies to the project team
  • Manage the to-be-implemented Regulatory Information System as a super user
  • Manage operational submission management activities on a daily basis
  • Contribute to decisions that have an impact on the quality and timelines of regulatory submissions
  • Updated on submission related regulatory guidance in major markets
  • Ad hoc Regulatory Affairs Manager´s tasks

Your profile:

  • A Bachelor´s or Master's degree within life science or other adequate background
  • At least 5 years of professional experience within Regulatory Affairs
  • Experience in leading submission teams or submission activities
  • Experience in regulatory compiling and publishing
  • Proficiency in submission-related regulations and guidelines
  • Fluent in English; written and verbal

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks with tight timelines
  • Ability to work independently but also as a strong team player
