, giving you direct influence over the future product roadmap and overall strategy.

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Work Model: We operate a hybrid model, preferring regular collaboration and teamwork in our central Stockholm office, so we would like the successful candidate to be based in Stockholm.

The Role:

As a Financial Solutions Support Specialist, you will master the domain of financial solutions, focusing primarily on the critical
Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
. You will serve as the primary functional expert, ensuring customer success today while also directly influencing the product roadmap for tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities & Impact

Support & Customer Success

  • Customer Onboarding:
    Lead successful customer adoption through structured
    onboarding and effective product demonstrations
    .
  • Customer Support:
    Handle support tickets and calls.
  • Technical Expertise:
    Serve as the primary
    functional expert
    to manage and resolve support tickets for existing Business Central financial solutions.
  • Process Optimization:
    Develop, optimize, and document internal processes for efficient
    customer success management
    and support delivery.

Product Development & Growth

  • Liaison:
    Act as the essential
    bridge between customers and the engineering team
    .
  • Requirements Translation:
    Translate user feedback and technical needs into clear, actionable
    User Stories
    for feature development.
  • Product Backlog:
    Actively contribute to the management and prioritization of the product backlog for specific financial components, driving continuous solution enhancement.
