Product Owner
med stark teknisk förståelse och bakgrund inom frontendutveckling. Uppdraget innebär att ansvara för utveckling och förvaltning av ett
designsystem
i ett tvärfunktionellt team. Rollen omfattar arbete med roadmap, backlog, prioritering, kommunikation med intressenter samt coachning av utvecklingsteam inom moderna frontendramverk.

Du kommer att samarbeta nära utvecklare, UX-designers och andra nyckelroller för att säkerställa att designsystemet stödjer organisationens behov och följer aktuella standarder inom tillgänglighet och användarupplevelse. Arbetet bedrivs enligt agila metoder, främst
Scrum och SAFe
.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter

  • Äga och prioritera backlog samt planera roadmap för designsystemet
  • Säkerställa att komponenter utvecklas och förvaltas enligt tekniska och designmässiga riktlinjer
  • Samverka med intressenter för att identifiera behov och krav
  • Coachning och stöd till team inom frontendutveckling
  • Bidra till kontinuerlig förbättring av processer, verktyg och arbetssätt
  • Stödja spridning och adoption av designsystemet i organisationen

Skall-krav

  • Svenska, flytande i skrift och tal
  • Minst nivå 4
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet som Product Owner eller Product Manager i agila miljöer
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av frontendutveckling med moderna ramverk såsom React, Vue eller Angular
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av utveckling och förvaltning av tekniska plattformar
  • Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera på svenska i tal och skrift
  • Möjlighet att påbörja uppdraget senast mitten av December

Bör-krav

  • Erfarenhet av arbete enligt SAFe
  • Förståelse för tillgänglighet (WCAG) och användarcentrerad design
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att utveckla eller förvalta designsystem eller komponentbibliotek
  • Erfarenhet av designverktyg som Figma
  • Erfarenhet av arbete inom offentlig sektor
