Product Owner - AI – Machine Learning

We're looking for a forward-thinking AI Product Owner to lead the evaluation and delivery of AI initiatives in digital marketing across our business area. In this role you'll assess new AI use cases, define the right technology approach (e.g., machine learning, computer vision, NLP, generative AI), and manage projects from concept to deployment.

Your role

Your mission: turn AI innovation into measurable business impacting – aligning with strategic goals and integrating them seamlessly with existing systems. You'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams, driving operational excellence and future-proofing our digital marketing capabilities.

You report to the Program Manager, CRM, CPQ and Smart Portal.

Key responsibilities:

• Shape and prioritize the AI product roadmap and backlog.
• Evaluate incoming AI use cases and define the right technology approach.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Lead cross-functional teams through agile delivery of AI solutions.
• Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and developers.
• Monitor KPIs and business impact of deployed AI models.
• Stay ahead of AI trends, tools, and ethical standards.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
• Drive scalability and continuous improvement of AI platforms.

To succeed, you will need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role within AI/ML
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and platforms (e.g., Azure ML, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, model lifecycle, and deployment
• Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Agile/Scrum experience

Experience of the following is seen as a plus: MLOps, LLMs, or generative AI; certifications in AI/ML or Product Ownership; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps; managing cross-functional technical teams
