We are looking for experienced First Officers for our ATR fleet

Braathens has been a key player in the Scandinavian aviation industry since 1946. We are an established ACMI operator with a seven-year agreement with SAS and a three-year agreement with Austrian Airlines. Through these partnerships, we play an important role in maintaining reliable regional air connectivity across Scandinavia and Europe, while remaining fully focused on delivering a flight experience of the highest quality.

Our fleet consists of 17 ATR aircraft, operated from bases across Scandinavia and Austria.

We are now looking for experienced pilots who wish to be part of this exciting journey.

We are looking for pilots who not only demonstrate professionalism and experience but also take genuine joy in their flying career. As part of a growing, close-knit company, you will quickly become a member of a strong team dedicated to providing safe, punctual, and comfortable flights for our passengers – both within Scandinavia and across Europe, operating on behalf of SAS and Austrian Airlines.

We now have open positions on the following bases:

  • Copenhagen (CPH), flexible roster; relocation is preferred
  • Vienna (VIE), fixed roster patterns, commuting allowance; commuting friendly
  • Stockholm (ARN), flexible roster; relocation is preferred
  • Visby (VBY), flexible roster; relocation is preferred

Minimum requirements

  • EASA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL), Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL), or Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL)
  • Minimum 1,000 hours total flight time
  • EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate (valid for max. 12 months)
  • ICAO English level 5 or higher
  • Right to work within the EU
  • Preferably fluent in a Scandinavian language
