​We are seeking a proactive and versatile Administrative Sales and Compliance Assistant to be the backbone of our operations. This is a critical, multifaceted role that requires a sharp eye for detail, a focus on compliance, and a flair for supporting sales efforts. ​Key Responsibilities:

  • ​Manage daily administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping, working primarily from home/remotely.
  • Assist with invoicing, expense reports, and basic financial tracking in coordination with external accountants.
  • Ensure the company adheres to relevant Swedish laws and industry-specific regulations related to engineering and transport.
  • Organize and maintain legal documents, licenses, permits, and certification.
  • Act as the first point of contact for sales inquiries, helping to qualify leads and manage the initial client intake process.
  • Conduct required customer visits to support sales efforts, contract signing, and relationship building.
  • Maintain and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity.

​Qualifications and Experience

  • Having master's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an administrative, sales support, or compliance-focused role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and switch between tasks effectively.
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A basic understanding of business legal processes and/or transport/engineering compliance is highly advantageous.
  • Must be comfortable and prepared for regular business trips for customer visits.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English are essential.
  • A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach to work.
