We offer you
Your main responsibility as a Content Producer Lead is to coordinate and plan content production and produce and create content and material for all our channels, both own and paid. Always with customer value and conscious choices made easy in mind. The Content Producer Lead ensures that the material and content is adapted to the channel, follows visual and graphic guidelines, brand strategy, tone of voice and is relevant, inspiring and creates high engagement among our followers and customers. Content Producer Lead make sure it´s delivered on time, on brief and according to technical specifications. Content Producer Lead is also responsible for development and implementation of tools, platforms, AI, and guidelines within content creation and production. You work very close with other channels and stakeholders in order to collect insights and deliver high quality, adapted, and optimized content.

Skills & RequirementsYou have several years experience of working in similar roles and relevant post-secondary education in graphic design, digital marketing or similar. In other words, you are an expert in content production and graphic design. You have good skills in photo, film/video editing, animation and working in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools. You are confident in layout and have a good sense of typography, as well as an eye for detail and great skills in communication and brand. We're looking for someone who is used to working "social & digital first" and have a great passion for tech, AI, digital media and stay continually updated on digital and social trends.
As a person you are creative, structured and have a flexible, curious, positive and solution oriented approach. You are independent and used to working with deadlines and are very well organized and can prioritize and structure your work. You are also a team player who appreciate working together with your colleagues and is not afraid of taking initiative at work. You appreciate working at a high pace and have the capacity to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
