Your Impact
As a Test Automation Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation frameworks and infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to embed quality into every stage of the development lifecycle. Your experience in building scalable automation solutions and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines will be key to driving continuous improvement in our testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Framework Development: Build and maintain robust, scalable test automation frameworks tailored to business and technical needs.
- CI/CD Integration: Set up and manage automated testing within CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
- Quality Advocacy: Promote a proactive testing mindset across teams, encouraging early-stage testing and continuous feedback.
- Team Enablement: Support and guide developers in adopting test automation practices, tools, and standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is a shared responsibility.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation, and recommend improvements to tools and processes.
About YOU
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in building, developing and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience with pipeline configuration.
- Proficiency in various testing types (unit, integration, functional, performance) and automation tools.
- Strong coding skills with a focus on clean, maintainable, and scalable cod
