Assignment description:

For our client we are looking for a IT Test Automation Engineer to work for our esteemed client based in Stockholm:

Duration: 7 months + chance of extensions

Location: Stockholm Onsite

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Languages: English Speaking

Must-have knowledge and experience:

Ability to analyze requirements, design comprehensive test plans and cases, identify potential test scenarios:

  • Java 21

  • Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, CI / CD, DevOps methodology. Experience of working in Scrum, SAFe teams

  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), understanding of database schemas, relationships

  • Test data preparation

  • Test data management

  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture principles and patterns

  • Experience with testing microservices, including understanding service dependencies and isolation of services for testing

  • Knowledge of REST principles and experience testing RESTful APIs

  • Ability to test API endpoints using different tools

  • Understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, headers etc...

  • Experience with creating Test Automated Frameworks/Solutions from scratch

  • Java knowledge, OOP concepts, design patterns

  • English spoken / written
