Vi på Carla vill sätta en ny standard för hur man köper bil. Vårt mål är att det ska vara lika lätt och tryggt att köpa eller leasa en bil online, som allt annat man köper på nätet. Vem söker vi? Vi söker praktikanter inom Content Creation till VT26 och HT26 som vill utvecklas inom digital kommunikation, sociala medier och varumärkesbyggande. Du älskar att skapa innehåll som engagerar, följer trender och stärker varumärken i digitala kanaler. Du trivs med att jobba hands-on med innehåll, från idé till publicering, och vill få praktisk erfarenhet. Hos oss får du chansen att bygga din portfolio, testa idéer i verkligheten och få djupare förståelse för hur content används strategiskt i marknadsföring tillsammans med marknadsteamet.

Konkreta arbetsuppgifter:

Skapa engagerande content till våra sociala medier (video, bild & text)

Planera och producera innehåll utifrån vår content- och kommunikationskalender

Redigera och anpassa material för olika plattformar Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)

Följa trender inom sociala medier och föreslå nya kreativa content-idéer

Samarbeta med influencers och bidra till influencer marketing-kampanjer

Analysera innehållets prestation och bidra med förbättringsförslag

Arbeta nära marknads-, sälj- och produktteam för att säkerställa en röd tråd i kommunikationen

Vi söker dig som har:

Brinner för content creation, sociala medier och digital kommunikation

Har ett kreativt öga för bild, video, copy och storytelling

Är strukturerad, ansvarstagande och gillar att driva egna uppgifter

Uttrycker dig väl i skrift på svenska och engelska

Har koll på trender, algoritmer och plattformsanpassat innehåll

Har erfarenhet av digitala verktyg som t.ex. Canva, CapCut, Figma eller liknande

Är prestigelös, nyfiken och trivs i ett högt tempo
