Summary

We are seeking a
Jira developer
with strong expertise in
Javascript
and

to join our growing global operations team in Stockholm, Sweden. In this role, you will design and take care of the existing implementation and have the complete ownership of our Atlassian ecosystem— primarily Jira Service Management, Confluence, Status Page and related tools in our Jira Cloud.

The role also include ownership and development of our
Integration platform
, leading the integration projects with our Partners and Customers.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that our Operations continuously are available for our Customers and Partners 24/7.

Responsibilities

  • Take care of the existing Atlassian ecosystem - You will be responsible for the implementation and have ownership of Jira Service Management, Confluence, Status Page and related tools in our Jira Cloud.
  • You will work both hands-on on the platform and configure and develop organizational needs, you will own and develop the backlog and be responsible for process optimization.
  • The role also include ownership and development of our Integration platform, leading the integration projects with our Partners and Customers.
  • You will implement monitoring and alarms and troubleshoot with our integrated Partners and Customers when things break.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
  • Strong understanding of workflow configuration, permission schemes, and automation rules.
  • Technical knowledge in scripting, REST APIusage. Java Script, Node JS, AWS
  • Certifications such as Atlassian Certified Administrator or similar.
  • Preferable knowledge of ITSM concepts or ITIL Certification.
