Senior Test Lead – Malmö (Start ASAP, 12 månaders kontrakt)

Om rollen

Som Senior Test Lead blir du en nyckelperson i att säkerställa kvaliteten i komplexa IT-implementationer. Du ansvarar för att planera, koordinera och följa upp testaktiviteter över flera team och system – från integrationslösningar till kundgränssnitt, fakturering och kommunikation. Du driver arbetet enligt en övergripande teststrategi och skapar trygghet i leveranserna.

Dina ansvarsområden

  • Leda och koordinera testaktiviteter på alla nivåer, inklusive integrationstestning och UAT.
  • Säkerställa effektiva processer för testplanering, estimering, exekvering, rapportering och defekthantering.
  • Skapa transparens kring framdrift, risker och utmaningar för team och intressenter.
  • Bidra med kvalitets- och riskperspektiv vid analys och planering av integrationer.
  • Etablera en kultur som främjar kvalitet och kontinuerlig förbättring.

Din profil

  • Erfarenhet som Test Lead eller liknande roll i komplexa IT-projekt.
  • Integrationstestning i större systemlandskap (SAP, CRM, fakturering är meriterande).
  • Van att koordinera UAT och agera brygga mellan teknik och verksamhet.
  • Djup kunskap om testprinciper, metoder, verktyg och implementering i SDLC.
  • Erfarenhet av agila arbetssätt i hybridmiljö.
  • Goda kunskaper i Atlassian Jira.
  • Flytande svenska och engelska.

Meriterande:

  • Testautomatisering och DevOps-processer.
  • Kunskap om energibranschen.
  • Förmåga att driva förändring och skapa trygghet i teamet.
