About the role
Myrspoven is looking for a
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
to lead and scale our global commercial operations. This role has full responsibility for
sales and marketing
, combining strategic leadership with strong operational involvement. The CCO will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building partnerships, and expanding Myrspoven's international presence.
This is a hands-on role for a commercial leader who thrives in both
closing deals personally
and
building high-performing teams
.
Key responsibilities
Commercial leadership
- Own and execute Myrspoven's overall
commercial strategy
, including sales, marketing, and partnerships - Drive sustainable revenue growth across multiple markets
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align commercial strategy with company objectives
Sales
- Lead, grow, and develop the
sales organization
, including direct management of sales staff - Actively participate in sales activities, including
bringing in new business and closing key accounts - Establish scalable sales processes, pipelines, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Expand international sales and manage complex, cross-border deals
Partnerships
- Develop and manage strategic
commercial partnerships, mainly towards BMS-actors - Evaluate partnerships from both a
commercial and operational perspective
, ensuring long-term value creation - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and execution
Marketing
- Lead Myrspoven's
marketing efforts
, including positioning, go-to-market strategies, and demand generation - Ensure close alignment between sales and marketing to maximize pipeline quality and conversion
- Strengthen brand presence across target industries and geographies
Experience & background
- Proven experience in a senior commercial role (e.g. CCO, VP Sales, Commercial Director)
- Strong background in
direct sales leadership
, including hands-on management of sales teams - Experience working with
partners and partner-driven business models - Industry experience within
real estate, building automation, smart buildings, proptech, or adjacent industries
is highly desirable - Demonstrated success in
international business development and sales

- Deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance short-term results and long-term growth
