Borgo söker nu en Chief Credit Officer (CCO) som vill ta helhetsansvar för kreditbesluten i en verksamhet med tydlig tillväxtambition.

Om rollen
Som Chief Credit Officer har du det övergripande ansvaret för Borgos kreditgivning och kreditbedömningsmodellerna. Du leder kreditfunktionen, säkerställer kvaliteten i kreditportföljen och ansvarar för att kreditrelaterade regelverk, modeller och processer är effektiva och ändamålsenliga.

Rollen är både strategisk och operativ, med eget mandat, och innebär ett nära samarbete med VD, ledningsgrupp och styrelse. Du rapporterar direkt till VD och är en aktiv del av ledningsgruppen med en personal på 10 personer.

Ditt ansvar

  • Ansvara för kreditbesluts- och kreditförvaltningsprocessen
  • Leda och utveckla kreditorganisationen
  • Ordförande för Kreditkommittén och presentera kreditfrågor för styrelsen
  • Driva förbättring och effektivisering av kreditprocesser
  • Säkerställa regelefterlevnad inom kreditområdet

Vem vi söker
Du är en erfaren kreditledare med stark kompetens inom från kreditgivning som trivs i en roll där du både sätter riktning och driver genomförande. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från ett modernt kreditinstitut som arbetar med modeller, AI och liknande, och erfarenhet av specifikt bolån ser vi inte som så viktigt. Utan det viktigaste är att du förstår kreditrisk och kreditbeslut och ser det som utvecklande och spännande att vara med på en resa.

Du är analytisk, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad, med förmåga att fatta beslut och skapa tydlighet i en växande organisation.
