Your role

As a Sub Project Manager within our Production organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering successful development and serial production projects. You will work across functions such as industrialization, planning, sourcing, and manufacturing, collaborating closely with the design team to ensure the delivery of producible, high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do:

In this dynamic role, your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating activities within your sub-project to achieve goals and milestones on time and within budget
  • Planning and updating activities and resources using Antura
  • Managing the sub-project budget and providing monthly financial status reports to the project manager
  • Delivering clear and concise monthly status reports covering progress, risks, and deviations
  • Ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities
  • Proactively identifying risks and proposing effective mitigation strategies
  • Fostering a creative, collaborative, and solution-oriented project environment
  • Coordinating with other sub-projects to ensure smooth delivery and alignment

Your Profile

We are seeking a results-driven project leader with a genuine passion for building high-performing, collaborative teams. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential, and prior leadership experience is highly valued.

We believe you bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • A B.Sc. degree or equivalent, with strong technical insight
  • Experience from industrial or production-related roles
  • Familiarity with Antura and/or IFS (or similar systems) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • A structured and proactive approach, with the ability to prioritize and make independent decisions
  • An adaptable mindset, ready to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Most importantly, a motivation to grow both personally and professionally as part of Saab's ongoing success

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
