Are you a technically solid project manager who thrives in the thick of development, testing, and delivery? Do you love working shoulder-to-shoulder with developers and engineers and shaping cutting-edge solutions that make a real difference in healthcare?

We are looking for a
Project Manager
to lead software and hardware development projects from concept to release. This is not a coordination role from the sidelines — we need someone who rolls up their sleeves, dives into technical discussions, and drives hands-on testing with the team.

What You'll Do

  • Own full lifecycle project management for innovative simulation solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and engineers, quality, product managers, sales, customers and clinical advisors.
  • Lead technical analyses, planning, execution, and delivery — on time and on budget.
  • Be the bridge between customer needs and technical execution.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to scalable project methodologies.
  • Occasionally travel internationally (5–10%) to connect with customers and teams.

What You Bring

  • 2–5+ years of project management experience in tech-heavy environments.
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Computer Engineering (or equivalent e.g. employment experience).
  • A strong foundation in software/hardware development and testing.
  • Experience in MedTech or healthcare simulation is a big plus.
  • A structured, communicative, and decisive leadership style.
  • Passion for technology, product development, problem solving and customer success.
  • Fluency in professional English
