We are seeking experienced
Vehicle Project Managers
for our client, with a strong background in leading complex automotive development projects. In this role, you will take full responsibility for
QDCF (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature)
at the complete-vehicle level, coordinating all engineering areas and ensuring robust cross-functional solutions.

This position requires proven
hardware development leadership
(mandatory), with software experience considered an advantage. You are expected to bring
a minimum of eight years' experience
in senior project or line management roles within the automotive industry.

As a Lead Product Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for
planning, communicating, and driving operational execution
throughout the engineering project lifecycle. This includes:

  • Preparing engineering designs, project controls, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates
  • Overseeing production planning, installation, transportation, and testing activities
  • Monitoring progress against the plan, resolving operational issues, and minimizing delays
  • Identifying, developing, and securing resources necessary for successful delivery

At the Lead level, you are considered a
specialist in product development project management
, typically supported by both education and extensive professional experience (8+ years). You will manage
large-scale, complex projects
that have medium to high business impact, with limited oversight from senior management.

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Guiding teams in the application of PM methodologies and best practices
  • Coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to junior professionals
  • Handling complex, challenging problems requiring strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Ensuring delivery excellence across the full end-to-end process

Professional project management certification is highly valued.
