Hiring MS Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant - Onsite in Stockholm, Sweden

Client Introduction:

The company is a multinational Sweden SAAS product-based firm.

Job Description:

  • Configure and customize CRM / D365 CE OOTB as per business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather crm system requirements
  • Implement and maintain crm system functionality, including workflows and automation
  • Provide user training and support on crm system usage
  • Troubleshoot and resolve crm system issues
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the crm system
  • Stay updated on crm / d365 ce ootb best practices and new features
  • Collaborate with it teams for crm system integrations

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficiency in configuring crm / d365 ce ootb
  • Strong understanding of crm system architecture and data models
  • Experience in crm system customization and automation
  • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements for crm systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of crm best practices and industry trends

Certifications
:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration.

Experience: 5+ Years

6 Months Contract
