Hiring MS Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant - Hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden

Client Introduction:

The company is a multinational Sweden SAAS product-based firm.

Job Description:

  • Configure and customize
    CRM / D365
    CE OOTB as per business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather CRM system requirements
  • Implement and maintain CRM system functionality, including workflows and automation
  • Provide user training and support on CRM system usage
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system
  • Stay updated on CRM / D365 CE OOTB best practices and new features
  • Collaborate with it teams for CRM system integrations

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficiency in configuring CRM / D365 CE OOTB
  • Strong understanding of CRM system architecture and data models
  • Experience in CRM system customization and automation
  • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends

Certifications
: 
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration.
