About the Program

We're hiring two junior consultants to join our international Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) program. You will choose a specialization in either Finance or Supply Chain, receive structured training and mentorship, and gain international experience by working with our teams in India and Malta.

Your Role

As a Junior D365 F&O Consultant, you will:

  • Participate in formal training and certifications on Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Collaborate with mentors on internal and client-facing projects
  • Assist with system configuration, testing, data migration, and documentation
  • Learn how to solve real business problems using modern ERP technology
  • Work with cross-functional teams across Sweden, India, and Malta

Choose Your Track (Finance/Supply Chain Track):

Finance Track

  • General Ledger, AR/AP, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management
  • Financial closing, reporting, and compliance
  • Working with finance teams to digitize and streamline operations

Supply Chain Track

  • Inventory, Procurement, Sales & Distribution
  • Product and warehouse management in ERP
  • Logistics and supply chain process optimization

Who You Are

  • Recent graduate or 0-2 years of work experience in business finance, logistics, or IT
  • Passion for technology and digital transformation
  • Analytical thinker with strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Swedish is a bonus
  • Open to global mobility (India + Malta)
