This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Management assistant in Stockholm with Signify.

As a Management Assistant you'll be responsible to support with administrative, organizational and operational matters.

Signify's Office Tour in Stockholm, Sweden: 

What you'll do

This multifaceted role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, some of which are specific to the Nordic markets. Key duties include:

  • Managing the office operations for our Swedish office located in Stockholm

  • Overseeing travel and fleet management across the Nordics

  • Handling administrative tasks related to contracts, DDP, and purchase orders

  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of events and travel arrangements

  • Providing secretarial support to the Market Leader for the Nordics
