About The Role
As Staff Product Manager, you will lead the product direction and execution for Hive's Video Infrastructure product area. You are part of the Product organization, reporting to CPO, working closely with Product Managers specialized in Video Optimization, Partner Ecosystem, and Video Analytics products. You will work closely with our Berlin-based Engineering team for this Product area, while based in our Stockholm headquarters, where our Product, UX Design, and the rest of our Engineering organization are located.
Your mission
You shape and drive the product direction for Hive's Video Infrastructure product area, which includes Video Optimization propositions, foundational components enabling the broader Hive portfolio, integrations to and co-developments with our partner ecosystem. This is a technical product area, where you work cross-functionally with Engineering, to build both evolve Hive portfolio foundations and our Video Optimization propositions. Through collaboration and coaching, you also help strengthen product practices in adjacent Video Analytics products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product direction and roadmap for Hive's video infrastructure product area, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer outcomes.
- Together with the Engineering team, translate customer needs into high-impact product capabilities while handling technical complexity.
- Enable cohesive portfolio experiences and customer growth journeys across Video Infrastructure, Video Experience, and Video Analytics products by evolving our foundational components
- Drive product discovery and delivery for a high-impact technical domain, balancing strategic trade-offs and execution impact.
- Influence cross-team initiatives that enable new capabilities across the portfolio.
- Engage with customers and partners in growth-oriented collaborations that strengthen Hive's ecosystem and customer value.
- Accelerate discovery efforts in the Video Analytics product area by coaching and supporting the dedicated Product Manager
- Continuously raise the bar for product practices across the Hive Product Office and foster a culture of learning, data-informed decision-making, and shared ownership.

- Working hours: Align with CET (Central European Time)
- Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid: ± 2 days/week in the office, with occasional trips to Berlin where the Engineering team is based)

We Are Looking For Someone With
- Extensive product management experience (around 7+ years), ideally in B2B software, enterprise video, networking, or software partnerships.
- Proven success leading complex, technical product areas with multiple integrations and dependencies across systems.
- Confident with outcome-driven, customer-centric product discovery and delivery practices, with proven ability to coach and elevate product practices across product communities.
- A foundational understanding of enterprise network architectures, routing, and security impacts.
- A systems thinker with analytical depth, who enjoys shaping long-term product direction and navigating change.
- Excellent communicator who builds trust across functions and geographies.
- Collaborative bridge-builder, who connects technical depth with business outcomes and communicates with clarity and impact to diverse stakeholders.
