About the role

In this role, you will take ownership of one of our core product areas across web and app — leading end-to-end product development to create seamless and inspiring experiences for our guests.

Our Commercial product teams work across the full digital guest journey — from helping guests discover and choose the right hotel, to our loyalty program, exploring our universe of experiences, and enhancing the stay at our hotels.

As a Product Manager, you will lead one of the areas in our portfolio and partner closely with your product trio (design and engineering), as well as data analyst, solution architects, and commercial stakeholders. Together, you will build digital experiences that make travel more personal, intuitive, and enjoyable for millions of guests.

What you will be doing:

• Be responsible for the success of the product, set the strategy & product vision, define the roadmap and KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the company to analyse needs, evaluate ideas and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
• Be part of the cross functional product team, collaborate on delivering great customer experience through the whole customer journey
• Work with the end-to-end product development lifecycle- go from idea to backlog and ensure that the most valuable features are built and iterated on.
• Work closely with Product Design & Development Lead on a daily basis, as well as Solution Architect, developers, QA, editors, and analysts in evaluating and in implementing ideas
• Having an agile and data driven mindset, and reach the desired outcomes in the most efficient ways
• Use and integrate AI in our workflows

Who we think you are:

• Minimum five years of relevant work experience, and a track record in building great products that have generated tangible value
• Ability to efficiently collaborate in a cross-functional environment and strong in stakeholder management.
• Experience of agile methodologies, A/B-testing and personalization
• Have worked with native apps and combined physical/digital products
• A great team player that likes to have fun with your colleagues and inspire others.
• Having a business mindset and the skills to evaluate business value for specific feature ideas
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new things and follow trends
