We are seeking a dynamic
Key Account Manager
to join our team in Sweden, driving significant growth by building strong, value-driven partnerships with high-potential customers.

In this role, you will deliver personalized account management, identifying customer needs, and aligning solutions from our extensive RS Value Proposition. By positioning RS as the preferred supplier, you will support customers in achieving their goals while driving mutual success across multiple product categories.

What you will be doing to be successful in this role:
To excel as a Key Account Manager, you will focus on creating and delivering growth-focused plans that drive sales, gross margin, and profit targets across the customer portfolio.

By engaging directly with customers through both face-to-face and virtual interactions, you will identify opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and develop long-term partnerships.

Collaboration is key to success in this role.

You will work closely with internal sales teams, strategic suppliers, and support functions to deploy the RS Value and Technical Propositions effectively. Utilizing tools like Salesforce, you'll gather insights, ensure data accuracy, and maintain customer confidentiality while driving inventory management and value-added solutions installations.

You will take ownership of customer commercial terms and pricing agreements within governance guidelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Additionally, you'll be accountable for managing and growing your customer portfolio, representing RS with professionalism, and dedicating most of your time to customer-facing activities to maximize impact.

Regular coordination with the IKAM will help ensure consistency in strategy and execution, with a focus on fully understanding and implementing the RS value proposition and sales processes.

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

  • Experience of working in a similar position
  • Experience within a multi-channel B2B environment
  • MRO, OEM and/or mechanical, electronic product knowledge and industry awareness (e.g. competitor landscape, key suppliers, market segments)
  • Fluent Swedish and communicative English
  • Fully confident in mapping customers and uncover their potential
  • Self-driven, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills
  • Valid driving licence
