As the Nordic B2C Sales Manager within the CE IT division, you will lead a team of Retail Account Managers in building, maintaining, and developing sales of IT products through local and Nordic consumer channels. You will have the full responsibility for the IT business to the consumer market in Nordics, and play the key role in developing and implementing business plans on both the strategic and operational levels.
Role and Responsibilities
As the Nordic B2C Sales Manager within the CE IT Division, you will be responsible for achieving:
- Revenue growth across Nordic consumer channels
- Increased market share within the IT consumer segment
- Profitable business performance aligned with strategic objectives
- Consistent delivery on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the category
What will be the jobs scope?
The Nordic B2C Sales Manager will:
- Lead a team of Retail Account Managers focused on IT product sales through local and Nordic consumer channels
- Own the full responsibility for the IT business to the consumer market in the Nordics
- Develop and implement strategic and operational business plans
- Define and execute a Pan-Nordic Go-to-Market strategy based on:
- Market sizing and analysis
- Consumer and tech trends
- Competitor landscape
- Channel and customer insights
- Drive proactive sales planning and execution:
- Annual, quarterly, and monthly sell-in/sell-out plans
- Product-specific sales and campaign plans per account
- Weekly updates in internal systems and reporting to stakeholders
- Weekly review of sales progress and channel stock with corrective actions
- Capture and report Voice of Customer insights regularly
- Collaborate with Product Management and internal teams to share market feedback
- Co-create and evaluate channel marketing plans with the CE IT Marketing organization
Skills and Qualifications
Need to have:
- Proven experience as a people manager
- Strong track record in sales leadership
- Retail experience, ideally as a Key Account Manager (KAM)
- Business acumen and experience in CXO-level selling
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 50 days annually
- Academic degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Management
Nice to have:
- Experience in Nordic consumer electronics or IT markets
- Familiarity with internal sales systems and campaign planning tools
- Multilingual capabilities (Nordic languages)
