Truesec helps customers globally with Attack Prediction Services, Vulnerability Management Services and Managed Detection and Response services for IT and OT environments. Our services are all delivered by skilled security analysis teams that conduct 24/7 attack monitoring, threat hunting, threat intelligence analysis, and threat remediation. Our team of experts works tirelessly to identify and prevent cyber breaches, and to help increase our customers proactive cybersecurity defenses. Our goal is to be an extension of our customers IT organizations, customizing a combination of capabilities and tooling, tailored to prevent cyber attacks in the most efficient way.

The
Role
As the organization grows, we need to maintain an impeccable service integrity with the highest quality and maintained purpose. To manage this while still bringing new customers onboard, we need to strengthen our capabilities in implementing new customers by recruiting a Project Manager for our customer onboardings. We also need someone who can help us get other technical projects to move forward with excellent result and meet deadlines.

You will be responsible for the successful implementation of new customers; establishing our delivery model and making sure that the technical deployment goes well. As a project manager you will be driving the needed activities, prioritizing and communicating both internally and with the customer as well as internal stakeholders. Acting as a leader and driver, you are comfortable working both with technicians and management staff, both in internal and external settings. You will verify that deliverables and milestones are met and support our operations team and delivery managers in successfully launching new customers and services.

Your role will also include:

• Present our deployment methodology to stakeholders.
• Manage escalations and questions regarding onboarding projects.
• Help our stakeholders and customers to get insight in the services we provide.
• Maintain quality and continuous improvement in individual projects as well as overall.

Your
Potential Background
We believe that a successful applicant for this role comes from a similar role, either in the cyber security area or some other IT service delivery organization. You have experience in driving customer facing projects and activities with C-level stakeholders and feel comfortable in fronting both management and technicians. You have experience in creating and presenting action plans, are a structured person and enjoy managing the many moving parts of a project while driving for specific targets. You are used to reporting, presenting and communicating in English, Swedish and possibly other languages as well.

In short, your background and skillsets probably includes several years of experience in project management, service delivery management or similar. We believe you have a prestige free and professional mindset and possess great communication skills.
