Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge cyber and data protection strategies and cybersecurity operating models.
• Conduct performance improvement assessments and benchmarking clients' security posture against national and international standards.
• Develop robust governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, incorporating both traditional and innovative approaches.
• Guide clients through business resilience transformations, ensuring they are prepared for any crisis or disruption.
• Working aligned with leading cybersecurity management platforms & technologies.
• Champion the integration of Digital Trust & Security into cloud and digital workplace initiatives.
• Manage and collaborate closely with our Nordic Digital Trust & Security teams.

The person we want to invite to join our mission will likely have:

• Management consulting experience and proven experience in leading digital transformation projects focused on information security, data protection, or cybersecurity, and the application of cybertechnology.
• Passion for combining strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.
• High integrity, collaborative spirit, and a strong fit with our dynamic culture.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with current cybersecurity management standards (ISO 2700x, NIST) is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications (ISO 2700x, CISM, CISA, CISSP) and experience with legal and regulatory requirements (EU-GDPR, NIS2) are a strong plus.
• Previous management experience, leading teams in information security, data protection, and/or cybersecurity, with a proactive approach to identifying strategic improvement areas for clients.
• Experience on sales, pre-sales, offering
• Educational background of relevance in cybersecurity , technology, or IT.
• Swedish citizenship required, fluency in Swedish and English.
