What To Expect In Sales
Working in sales at P&G means working with great brands like Head & Shoulders, Gillette, YES, Oral-B and Pampers, as well as Sweden's biggest grocery retailers. You will build and design ideas, strategize using analytics and shopper insights, use your relationship and understanding of the market to sell and execute your ideas.

What To Expect In Brand Management
Our Marketing and Brand Management teams are the vision and strategy behind each of our brands. They help to develop marketing plans and identify specific marketing tactics to build on consumer, shopper and customer insights. Their expertise and creative tactics will help win the devotion of our consumers and grow our brands profitably. What To Expect During Your Summer Internship
During your 10-week summer internship you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in marketing with P&G involves, and if it is right for you. You will be working on live business problems, and you will be expected to make relevant contributions to the growth of our brands. You will be expected to dive right in and take the lead on your projects from the beginning.

Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and formal training as they deliver their work. Our sales and brand teams are both based in our office in
Stockholm
and we look to offer internships to our top candidates by the end of January

• Full Time Role Successful interns have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G after graduation. As a 'build from within' company, our people start at entry level and progress through the organization. Job Qualifications
What We Look For:

• University undergraduates who will have completed their degree by Summer 2026 or 2027 or graduates who have completed a degree.
• Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you're proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application
• Demonstrated leadership skills and analytical capability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Swedish and English verbal and written skills to business proficiency.
• Passionate about pursuing a career at P&G after graduation.

Start date:
The internship's for both sales and brand management are available from June 8th 2026 until August 14th, 2026. We expect interns to be available for the full duration of the internship.
