Founded in 1997 and owned by its partners, Triton is a leading European mid-market sector-specialist investor. Triton focuses on investing in businesses that provide mission critical goods and services in its three core sectors of Business Services, Industrial Tech and Healthcare.

Triton has raised over €21bn across three complementary investment strategies that apply the firm's 25+ years of through cycle experience: Mid-Market Private Equity (supporting fundamentally sound businesses facing some complexities), Smaller Mid-Market Private Equity (using the Triton platform to grow well-performing smaller companies operating below their potential), and Credit (opportunistic credit in complex situations).

We are looking for interns to join our Stockholm office from mid-August to December 2026. During the internship you will have the opportunity to:


•Become an expert on valuation, LBO modelling and strategy by working closely with investment professionals on live deals and through supporting our portfolio companies
•Analyse and dissect business models in order to contribute to making informed and sound investment decisions
•Have a real impact on investment decisions made by the firm through your direct contributions
•Be part of our team of hands-on investment professionals

•Be a collaborative team player
•Have excellent attention to detail as well as a proactive and positive attitude
 

Requirements

To be considered for the internship program, applicants must meet the following criteria:


•Currently a third year undergraduate or a master's student
•Excellent academic track record
•Relevant prior internship or work experience
•Fluency in Swedish or other Nordic languages
