Internship: Global communications and branding

You will join a world-leading organization with around 140 employees at its activity-based HQ in Stockholm and 200 more across seven global centres. Together, we engage with policy, practice and development action for a sustainable, prosperous future for all.

Join SEI HQ's Global Communications and Branding division as an intern to support quality assurance on our digital channels and our organizational archive. Working with our team of communications specialists, you will learn key competencies for ensuring comms excellence for our global research institute.

Internship tasks:

• Ensure compliance with image copyright across our global communications channels, including an audit of our website image crediting.
• Work closely with our editors to co-create and carry out processes for internal archiving of publications and organizational history.
• Learn how to publish content on our website, and help to maintain content across our website, including our homepage, region pages and publication highlights.
• There is scope for this internship to cover more communications tasks if there is interest and an organizational need.

Who you are
We are looking for a motivated person with an interest in communications and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will also have experience or interest in archival practices.

You have keen attention to detail and a methodological approach to working. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a natural ability to coordinate and drive tasks forward.

Skills and experience:

• Student currently undertaking a Bachelor's or Master's program
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digitally savvy
• A keen attention to detail and a methodological approach to working
• Self-driven with strong time management skills
• Strong communication skills, providing proactive updates

*Location*
The internship is based at SEI HQ in Stockholm. An in-person internship involving several office visits per week is preferred.
