Spring internship at Polar Advisory - an Equity Capital Market specialist

We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our small, entrepreneurial team in Stockholm. The internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience from the investment banking industry, with the potential for a full-time position upon completion. We are an Equity Capital Market specialist serving Nordic small cap companies. As we grow, every team member plays a crucial role in shaping our future, providing a unique opportunity for hands-on involvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Support financial analysis, modeling and valuation work across multiple transactions.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations, pitchbooks and transaction materials, ensuring accuracy and high-quality deliverables.
• Assist in the execution of capital raises and other corporate finance transactions.
• Collaborate closely with senior management and clients, helping to build and maintain strong working relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Good understanding of financial analysis and modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A self-starter mentality with a strong desire to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior internship-experience in investment banking, finance is a plus but not required.
• Interest in stock markets and financial media is considered relevant and is duly appreciated.
