We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our Project Execution (PEx), Global Engineering team With the support of your team members, you will lead EI&C project execution, manage resources, and ensure harmonized ways of working, including shared work initiatives with other locations, and contribute to strategic development and continuous improvement.
You can be located in Sundvall, Gothenburg and Karlstad (Sweden) or Copenhagen (Denmark).

Your responsibilities

Your role includes supporting delivery projects and sales phases, resourcing, participating in design reviews, and coordinating deviations from product standards within EI&C disciplines. You will be responsible for cost estimation, scheduling, and quality assurance of engineering activities, while mentoring and guiding your team to meet project goals.

You will report to Manager, EI&C Engineering Scandinavia and will be part of the PEC PEx Process and EI&C Engineering Management Team.

Who is the candidate we are looking for

  • BSc/MSc in engineering (Electrical, Automation or similar field).
  • At least 5 years' experience in EI&C engineering, preferably within the pulp and energy sector.
  • Strong leadership, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate globally and being able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to mentor and guide teams.
  • Proficiency in English language. Swedish language is seen as an advantage.
  • Willingness and availability to travel at least 20% of your working time.
