Sofigate is growing fast and we are now seeking for a highly motivated deal maker who will change the way people see sales leaders at Sofigate. You are a passionate problem solver and highly motivated to learn and spar together with customers and use your professionalism to find fit-for-purpose solutions creating true business value for the customer.
Your ability to convince the stakeholders will consist of both rational and emotional aspects addressing customer's needs and doubts. You possess a deep curiosity for technology and AI and you already use AI actively in your work.
You lead by example and coach customer executives to perform at their best. You also lead our highly talented people at your named customers and inspire them with customers' mission and objectives.
Experience in selling digital transformation programs—ideally linked to technical and digital solutions, with knowledge of platforms like ServiceNow and Salesforce seen as a strong plus—is highly valued. This experience enables you to articulate end-to-end value for the customer by bridging platform capabilities with strategic consulting expertise.
Experience from license sales—preferably within the ServiceNow and or Dynatrace ecosystem—is considered a strong advantage, as it enables you to drive end-to-end value from both platform and consulting perspectives.

Your background speaks volumes: it's versatile and rooted in experience from growth-focused companies, making you adaptable, driven, and innovative. One of your standout qualities is your ability to build strong relationships, particularly at the C-level. You're trusted, you communicate clearly and effectively in both Swedish and English, and you know how to foster long-term partnerships that go beyond the transaction.
In addition to your experience, you bring with you a strong network—one that includes potential customers, partners, and key industry contacts. This network helps accelerate opportunities from day one. With around ten years of sales experience, including leadership responsibilities, or a strong ambition to grow into such a role, you're ready to take the lead and make an impact.

- Lead few strategic accounts and drive +20% annual growth
- Ensure the happiness and engagement of Sofigator colleagues at your named accounts
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and inspire exceptional customer relationships
- Lead customer executives
- Contribute insights to the development of our service offerings.
