Digital Media Specialist – be the driving force behind Cheffelo's digital growth
Do you want to help shape the digital experience for some of the Nordics' most well-known meal kit brands? At Cheffelo, you get the opportunity to work with strong, established brands and create campaigns that inspire, engage, and build lasting customer loyalty.
Why join the Cheffelo journey?
Cheffelo is the Nordics' leading and most profitable meal kit provider, helping people eat well without the stress of planning and shopping. Since 2008, we've made it easier to enjoy varied, nutritious home-cooked meals through tailored meal kits with minimal food waste. With nearly 400 engaged employees, we manage our own production facilities, develop smart technology, and deliver unique customer experiences under the brands Linas in Sweden, Godtlevert and Adams Matkasse in Norway, and RetNemt in Denmark. In 2024, Cheffelo delivered around 16 million meals and generated SEK 1.1 billion in revenue, and is listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market (CHEF).
What you get from us
At Cheffelo, you become an important part of an innovative, forward-thinking, and inclusive company, named "Online Player of the Year" at Dagligvarugalan 2025. You will join a flat organisation with a high level of trust, short decision lines, and strong opportunities for both professional and personal development. You will work closely with skilled colleagues across Growth, Brand and Analytics – and see the direct impact of your work in traffic, conversions, and growth.
Your role at Cheffelo
As Digital Media Specialist, you are our subject-matter expert on display, online video and affiliate. You play a key role in planning, setting up, activating, and optimising digital campaigns, using data and insight to ensure we reach the right audience with the right message throughout the customer journey. Together with the Head of Media, Channel Lead and the Growth team, you work both operationally and strategically to strengthen our brands and support our ambitious growth goals, including through better use of first-party data.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement Cheffelo's media strategy across display, video and affiliate together with the Head of Media and Channel Lead, and ensure optimal planning, buying, ongoing optimisation and reporting of digital media activities in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
Analyse campaigns and evaluate results against marketing objectives and KPIs across the full media funnel, translate insights into concrete improvements, and contribute to high operational quality through robust processes, structure and routines for media management.
Collaborate with the Brand team to ensure creatives and messaging are tailored to each channel and make the most of channel-specific opportunities, and support the development and execution of A/B tests, lift studies and incrementality testing together with the Channel Lead, performance specialists and the Analytics team.
Explore new opportunities, formats and innovations within digital media that strengthen our mental and digital availability towards both new and existing customers, and work closely with the Growth and Analytics teams to improve our media investments through data-driven analysis, geo-lift studies and marketing mix modelling.
Who are you?
3–5 years of experience within media, marketing or communications – from agency, media owner or brand side.
Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications or related fields.
Experience with subscription-based businesses and/or the Nordic market is an advantage.
Familiarity with DSPs such as DV360, Adform or The Trade Desk, as well as digital buying platforms like Smartly.
Strong collaboration skills and clear communication – both written and spoken in English (a Scandinavian language is a plus).
Analytical and detail-oriented, with a high sense of ownership, execution power and structure.
Curious, ambitious and motivated by testing, learning and developing your expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Why work at Cheffelo?
At Cheffelo, you become part of an engaged, data-driven environment with high pace and responsibility. You contribute with creative ideas, work closely in cross-functional teams – and see concrete results in the form of growth and satisfied customers. Do you have questions about the role?
