  • Work in Swedbank Group's first line data protection team, which is responsible for the Group's operational framework and processes around data protection.
  • Collaborate close with data protection specialists and the broader privacy network across the Group.
  • Ensure that GDPR compliance is achieved in a way that ensures user friendliness and alignment with strategic objectives and business needs.
  • Ensuring that GDPR processes are well documented and supported by adequate tools.
  • Overseeing performance, including regularly evaluating process effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment between privacy processes and broader risk, compliance, and operational frameworks within the Group.
  • Continuous improvements, guided by process evaluation, including needed updates due to changes in external or internal regulations.
  • Offering information and trainings to practitioners, as well as case by case support.
  • Ensure status reporting and follow-up, as well as facilitation of escalations when necessary.
What is needed in this role:
  • Academic degree in Business, Economics, Law, IT or related discipline.
  • Professional experience in working with GDPR/data protection. Certification in GDPR is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in implementing and improving GDPR related processes and/or frameworks.
  • Experience from cross-area collaboration, preferably regarding change work, IT implementation, risk management and/or information security.
  • Ability to work independently and structured.
  • Excellent communication skills, including in both Swedish and English.
  • Great collaboration, networking and stakeholder management skills.
  • Great self-leadership skills.
