Om uppdraget
Du kommer att samla in, analysera och strukturera krav genom intervjuer med verksamheten samt säkerställa att förändringsbehoven dokumenteras tydligt. Uppdraget kräver ett helhetsperspektiv, god samarbetsförmåga och förmågan att kommunicera komplex information på ett begripligt sätt.

Krav

  • Erfarenhet av kravanalys
  • Erfarenhet av agilt arbetssätt, inklusive user stories och use cases
  • Förmåga att strukturera och avgränsa krav
  • Erfarenhet av Mainframe/Cobol-utveckling är meriterande
  • Gedigna kunskaper i Confluence
  • Självgående och drivande
  • Pedagogisk och kommunikativ
  • God förmåga att hantera intressenter på olika nivåer
  • Mentorskapserfarenhet ses som ett plus
